Trust and Boundaries in a Relationship
This was recently published in the Washington Post:
"Somebody help this poor reader ... "I have met the most fantastic woman and we have been dating seriously for the last two months. It sounds crazy but she might be the true love of my life, except for one thing: She won't 'friend' me on Facebook. I have sent her the invitation and she is ignoring me, and neither of us wants to bring up the topic. How can she do this? I am petrified that it might indicate that she doesn't really love me or maybe she is trying to keep a part of her life separate from me."
This got me to thinking about safe boundaries we need to build trust and respect in a relationship. What are the boundaries that you set out to build a healthy relationship? What advice would you give to this guy?
