I have many interests but there are two that I am passionate about one is Columbia Wellness I started this group as a meetup group to help my community take care of themselves and their families and to encourage and support one another and so far the response is good.. My motto surrender your spirit, renew your mind and love your body.I also started Walking for Weightloss because so many of us are overweight including myself and since I am on my own journey its nice that I can also help my neighbor too. Last year I was introduced to a new company Soul Purpose the next generation of wellness and personal care and its all natural and organic products. I also have a granddaughter Zari who was born two pounds and today she is a year old and I thank God everyday for bringing her into my life. Family and good friends are very important to me.

How do you detox your body ?
Fast for 1-2 days on liquids a month and I juice most days and drink my water with lemon. I also enjoy dandelion tea to help cleanse my liver.
