In The Spirit of Change for 2009
In the spirit of change for this coming year, let's commit to putting ourselves first and engage in self-love; being impeccable with our words, not taking things personally, make no assumptions and always do our best. This is the philosophy of "The Four Agreements". With these four agreements we change our lives. In the coming days I will introduce each agreement and give information on each one. This way we will be armed and prepared going into 2009 and begin our commitment to ourselves.

Before going to bed at night, sit and write in your journal about the day's events that supported "awareness and change" also, give some thought to an affirmation that can be used throughout the next day. Place the affirmation on your bathroom mirror, your fridge and in your car also, commit the affirmation to memory. This process supports awareness and change on your spiritual path

Happy New Year to all!!! In the coming days remember that life is beautiful and take time to notice the beauty. Appreciate the simpler things life has to offer... the snow on the ground as it reflects the sun, the smell of the rain as it cleanses the earth, the blade of grass as it peaks forward from the ground informing us spring is on its way. Let us not fret the small stuff and remember the big stuff allows us to know we are alive feeling and thinking...with the ability to make decisions and follow through or not. We can make the decision to start our day over at any point, so let's not stay stuck in the process of life. Let's welcome the experiences as they come and learn from them, because in the experience there was a gem placed just for you...look for it...and worse don't allow anyone to take you there or keep you there (stuck).
Remember...Life is a simple thing we complicate it...make the choice not to and be impeccable with your word.
