About Me

I enjoy epitomizing a devoted wife and mother. I have taken pleasure in writing since I was in the 7th grade. I have dabbled in free-lance writing (and actually was great at it) but my primary career path, at the present, is completing my first book of shorts. Optimistically, that will be the beginning of 2009.Subsequently, I am confident that I will achieve my long term goal of becoming a flourishing film-maker/writer. I also enjoy expressing my daily thoughts through poetry, some of which appears in poetry anthologies.

The purpose of my writing (i.e. short stories and poetry) is to empower women. Me being a former victim of domestic abuse has given me the weight to unbosom strength. It takes looking beyond what is at present and espying your future-life or death. Do you really want this for yourself and possibly your child (if one is in the picture). I strongly hope my words will empower women to take the steps required to show a man that he is worthless without a good woman.
