e-Book download: Hot Tea, Girl Talk
http://www.lulu.com/content/e-book/hot-tea-girl-talk/7409325
Seventy percent of African American women are unmarried. This book is a labor of love for those sistahs who find themselves single and suddenly single. In the midst of trials and tribulations, there is still hope.
Sometimes, the big girl in all of us just wants to be a little girl again...so dust off the tea set and come on over for Fifty-two tea recipes and 52 "hot" food-for-thought conversations for every week of the year.

The 100% Write writers and artists advocacy group is a member-supported group that gives help and assistance to writers and those in the artists’ community who need advice on contracts or have grievances with publishers and others who plagiarize, copy and exploit their work.
This is a highly popular writers and artists advocacy service administered by SouthState Paralegal Services, a company which has access to top-notch arts and entertainment and copyright/trademark/service mark lawyers and arbitrators across the United States. If you ever need a lawyer at some point, let us refer you to the best in the business. This is our specialty area and all we do is work to protect your and your rights to your intellectual property.
What Is a Contract?
A contract is an agreement between you and another party regarding the use or sale of your writing or artwork or other intellectual property. It may be an agreement with a publisher, agent, a work-for-hire client, or a web site…and it may concern a book, article, research report, short story, computer manual, screenplay, work of art, graphic, or anything else you have created.
Our perspective comes from being ‘in the trenches,’ so when you're negotiating an agreement, why not have 100% Write review it along with you. We review the terms of the agreement, explain their benefits and pitfalls, and suggest ways to negotiate improvements that help you reap the rewards of your hard work.
What Is a Grievance?
Let’s face some facts. Writers and artists often get cheated, tricked, ignored, or plain duped when it comes to providing their services—and many times we are hard-pressed to demand a contract when we need work. It is easy for a publisher, especially of periodicals most often used by journalists, to look elsewhere when we insist on written contracts.
A grievance is any work-related injustice that you can't resolve yourself. Although the majority of grievances are about contract violations concerning money, they may involve battles over all-rights grabs, obnoxious editorial procedures, bylines, misreported royalties, and other offensive aspects of the ongoing wrestling match known as getting published or the sales and use of your creative ingenuity.
100% Write assigns you to a Grievance Officer to help settle your dispute/s with publishers and clients. A 100% Write G/O (grievance officer) can advise you on how to handle a dispute or even negotiate directly on your behalf for a nominal fee. All money recovered goes directly to the writers who earn it.
Grievance officers handle grievances against global publishing houses, newsletters and institutional organs, as well as local and regional newspapers and magazines. We will take on literary agents, subsidy presses (including the scam artists), literary journals, and work-for-hire employers.
