- Helping others lose weight as I have. I lost over 80lbs and have kept them off for over 2 years now. I did it with no, pills, shakes, surgery or special diet foods you can't find in your grocer. I did it with portion control, my exercise of choice is walking. I walk 10 miles a day now. It is my prayer/meditation time.

I need the strength of you my sister. Thank you for your advice. I am going to keep your picture in mind. Thanks again. Pray for me.Oh, did I tell you I have arthritis very bad especially in my knees, ankles and fingers, so I have to force myself to move; I also have anxiety to the point of not going outside my home. Like I said "pray for me".
