- I am not my hair, however my hair is my business :) and, I would like to take this opportunity to briefly explain why I started my business. My hair was soooo happy when I started wearing silk, my hair is shinier and lively AND I use less product because my hair isn't getting robbed of its natural moisture from cotton and synthetics. My scalp stays cleaner longer, perspiration doesn't get trapped. With silk air is able to circulate inside my hair covering because silk is a NATURAL fiber. And since I'm covering my hair or sleeping with a silk pillowcase I when I use to curl my
hair I found I didn't need to use a hot curling iron as often. Yup, get up and go. And furthermore there is nothing like the look and feel of real pure silk! That in a nutshell is why I opened my Silk Hair Lingerie store.
I have been a fan and subscriber of Essence for a long time, happy to be here. Cheers to Essence!

When choosing a lip color that complements the natural shade of your lips and skin. Try plums, wines and deep reds flatter a dark skin tone, while light-brown beiges with pink or orange undertones complement a lighter skin tone. Olive skin looks good with brownish reds, light browns and raisin shades of lipstick.
