Burgess Ventures, is a company that specializes in the production of elaborate food, wine and hospitality driven daycations (day trips). If you reside or are visiting NYC, we offer an alternative to taking the train, renting a car, driving, booking a hotel (we book accommodations for you, if desired), getting lost, figuring out where to go, when to go, how to get there, where to eat, which spots to visit and where to sightsee in the East End of Long Island. We plan and host all-inclusive day trips, which are food, wine and hospitality driven and place you in the who, what, when, where and how of eastern Long Island. The production is called JAUNT.

- I have been in the culinary, hospitality and entertainment industries for a total of 14 years combined, which aided the launch of my company, Burgess Ventures.
Burgess Ventures, is my primary focus until I reach my business goals and objectives. In between my relentless pursuit for success, I enjoy anything related to food, wine, hospitality, travel, recreation, science, politics and laughter. Jaunt - Daycation Video Clip

This video clip is a snippet of our Food & Wine Package. We spent the first half of the day on a wine tour, tasting wine and had lunch at the vineyard. Then we went to Greenport for a festival, Sightseeing and a Harbor Tour on the Peconic Bay. Dinner and dancing were the activities for the rest of the evening, but couldn't be filmed to preserve the restaurants ambiance and for consideration of other guests.
