I have a herniated disc in the lower left l(S1) area and a a dislocated ankle. I lost some weight (35 lbs.) over the course of the year through dieting and a very low impact work out. I unfortunately, have come to a standstill and have not been able to lose any more weight since November. I am thinking I need to increase the workout, but again real weary. The back pain associated with the disc is no joke. One wrong move and I am back on medication. Any suggestions?
