About Me: I am a very eccentric young lady. I am a wife and a mother and I am dearly dedicated to living life to the fullest. I am a true believer that we have been giving the gift of life to LIVE it, not only to exist within it. I am the author of the book, "The Definition of Sexy: One Life, One Body, One You". I have been through a lot in my life and it is my understanding now that I can take my experiences and help other women. I am so into women empowerment, I believe that we as women can be greater and better than we are now. It is so many obstacles that present road blocks in our lives, but we are strong enough to get pass it and prevail. Everyone has a purpose even if we sometimes get lost. In my book, I have real life stories told by the women that lived it, rather good or bad, they had the strength to share it with me. This book addresses so many trials that women go through, some that we cause ourselves and some that we have no control of. We have to know that we are made of such greatness and we have to stop allowing people and situations to still our strength. From finances to women that carry drama like handbags,from domestic violence to feuding friendships and everything in between, this book touches on something that can be found in every woman's life. I include spoken word inserts (poetry), interactive activities and great text that make up a great empowerment tool for every woman. I have a son and a daughter, I will continue to in still in them their worth as people and young men and women. As long as I can, I will travel and continue to write books and poetry full of encouragement and empowerment.
