Our aim is to, by God’s grace assist you along the path to achieving optimal health and a satisfying state of well-being.
Light America missions aim’s to make healthy living a joyous, practical and simple experience. In our own lives we have realized that health is not just physical but also spiritual, mental and social. This holistic approach to health is what we will seek to emphasize, so the average person will learn what it is like to experience life to the full. Poor health anywhere affects good health everywhere. Many individuals are familiar with this basic truth, but have not been able to put it into practice. We have made it our purpose to help others find the bridge between theory and practice.
Our presentations have a tripartite basis, firstly historic, secondly, parochial sayings now verified by research, and thirdly good science. These three have always complemented each other and that will be demonstrated in our presentations.

I work in the healthcare field. I been working in the Cardiology field for four years. I am so bless to get alot of information first hand. I am somewhat a health addict. I exercise three times a week and try very hard to watch what I eat. It's so easy to fall out of control. We have to think of our health,how important is it to us. Do we charish our body,mind and soul.

I have such a problem with watching what I eat during the holidays. Luckily this year my sister turned me on to these slimming leggings from fitandsharp.com. They actually tone you as you run through the day. The fabric is form fitting and it's really comfortable.The best part is that it firms my problem areas and I can wear them under my clothes. For all of you who suffer from those holiday extra pounds, you should definitely check it out.

Delete Comment In a world of fast foods, demanding obligations, family and outside activities, it is often our diet is consumed with junk foods that provide little nutrition. The question is how can we stay busy and eat healthier; it's simple, by foods that are rich in vitamins such as whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and low fat meats, preferred fish.

Prepare your foods the night before this will discourage eating from fast foods restaurants that often little nutrition to keep the body active. Dining out once in a while is great but eating out everyday does the body no good.

Remember chocolates and sugars are quick fixes and usually have you feeling drained and tired after the rush has settle. Get familiar with organic foods, Happy eating.
