I started Dr. Ian's Fat Smash Diet 3 weeks ago and have lost 13 pounds so far! Once you pass the detox stage with no meat, it gets easier. Trust me if a carnivore like me can do it, anyone can.

Hey Sandra, I'm a Houstonian and would love to be apart of your exercise support group. My co-workers are doing the diet together and will start walking during lunch next week.

"HOUSTANIANS"Now that is a good word. I am one of those...ha ha ha. I use the excuse of bad knees (arthritis), so my movement is limited. MOVE Girl while you are young and still can and eat like you are suppose to...the darker the veggies and fruits the healthier you will be. Take it from me, I'm 66 and still trying to MOVE and don't intend to stop until I am laid out...if you know what I mean!

Miss Jones you know you hit the nail on it's head...watch what you eat, exercise...walking is great and enlist your family and friends to support you. Stay away from those who would sabotage you!

Well I just had a baby 5 months ago and I'm trying to lose weight because I'm in a wedding in July!! I used to weight 160 and now I'm too 180 so I need to lose about 20 pounds. I'm on Dr. Ian website but I haven't been keeping up with the diet because I have children!! so my question is do you guys think that it will be ok to my whole family on this diet??

I started the Fat Smash Diet Monday, and it is really not bad. The best thing to is inform the people close to you what your goal is, and they can support and motivate you when you get weak. Also, I have a stationary bike that allows me to get my cardio in and watch tv or read a book to make sure I complete my exercise. I walk in the park some days, and jog on the trail on others. Changing my diet and increasing my exercise were the tools I needed to increase my weight loss.

I had an overactive thyroid about three years,ago and I lost weight because with overactive thyroid everything in the body speeds up so after a weight loss of twenty pounds, and I only weighed 142, my doctors put me on medication to get my thyroid level back to normal, now I weigh 161 pounds and i am happy.

I really don't need to lose any pounds but I heard on the radio the other day that this program is good for those who have high blood pressure. So at the age of 48 years old, I need a little healing.
