Will someone please shut this man up already? He wasn't named in the will - and I'm pretty sure it wasn't an accidental omission on MJ's part.

A declaration states his monthly expenses exceed $20,000 a month, but an itemized list only includes slightly more than $15,000.
That list includes $1,200 a month on rent for his Las Vegas home; $2,500 to eat out; $1,000 on entertainment, gifts and vacations; $2,000 on air travel and $3,000 on hotels.

He deserves something. No different than a marriage. He was instrumental in much of what is The Jackson". Pay the man. Katherine is banking, why can't he get a little? How long the man gon live anyway?

Joe has been paid in full for his services. If Michael excluded him from his will...then that's what should be respected. He hasn't managed MJ since the Jackson 5 all he deserves to do is sit his old a$$ down some where....lol

one could argue that joe is totally missin the mark here and hurtin mj even in his death. well if you count me, two could argue that joe is totally missin the mark here and hurtin mj even in his death. he knows that boy wasn't takin care of his ass while he was living. he has nine other kids who more than likely would see is ass in hell before they take care of him. so he wants to live off the dead one? gtfoh!!! not even the guilt of sending his child's life spiraling ridiculously out of control is stopping this person. he doesn't deserve shit. regardless of how many or few years he has left. truth is all for mercy, but joe jackson best be glad i'm not his lord. he should really be thankful for that.

No it wasn't accidental or nothing either; but see, the tables turned, the shoe's on the other foot, and a lesson need to be learned; I would say, well, let him get something; Let's be real, if it wasn't for Joe, them boys wouldn't have been famous; that was him pushing, beating, all of that. Now, I am not saying that that was right. It wasn't. He should have listened to when the old folks talked about catching more flies with honey than vinegar and thought about down the road when them boys got grown and basically exed him out of their lives; that's what he should have thought about. That legacy is something.

You right; if it wasn't for Joe saying that stuff, MJ could have been more comfortable in his skin; He wasn't. He wasn't. and that is a kind of cruelty you can't see on the outside; It's crazy and to be honest, for every $$ that JJ gets, he ought to remember what he did to his kids and make it right. Just me speaking and when you made your point, I had to agree cause you right. I don't like to see no one suffer; MJ shouldn't have had to suffer; none of them boys should have had to suffer; but history is what it is and history is what you have to look at.
